When you order a portrait we collect your name, email address, shipping address, your pet's name and species, and the photo you upload. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store them.

Uploaded photos are stored in a private, access-controlled space. Only our studio team can open them, and we use them solely to paint your portrait and fulfil your order. We never sell, license, or publish your photo without asking you first.

To create and ship your artwork, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, and keep basic anonymous statistics about how the portrait designer is used. Those statistics never include your name, email, address, or photo.

Your account and order records are protected so that you can only ever see your own orders. Studio staff access is limited to the people who fulfil your artwork.

Write to us any time to request a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted after your order is complete.
