Refund Policy

Every portrait is made just for you. If something isn't right, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Cancel any time before your piece is sent to print and we'll refund you in full. Once it is with the printer we can no longer cancel, but we can still adjust details where possible.

Send us a photo of the packaging and artwork and we'll reprint and reship at no cost to you.

Not happy with how the artwork captured your companion? We'll repaint it once, free, using the same or a new photo.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
